How long does delivery take?

As standard, all our item are sent via second class signed delivery, so postage can take up to 7 days. If your item hasn't arrived after 7 working days, please let us know and we will try to find out where it has got to.

 

Can I get my item faster?

We offer two speedy postage options: 

• Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your item should arrive Next Day (order before 1pm). PLEASE NOTE DURING COVID THIS MAY TAKE LONGER
• Royal Mail First Class Signed. Your item should arrive within 2 days (order before 1pm).

Please make sure you have selected one of these at checkout to ensure faster delivery.

 

The pennant I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

As we are a small startup, we only have limited stock for all our pennants. However, we hope to get more stock in as it is needed, and we may add a function to pre-order a pennant for when we do a restock.

How can I look after my pennant?

If your pennant has any creases or wrinkles, a light blast of steam from an iron or clothing steamer should do the trick. Our pennants are only made for indoor use, so please don't put them up outside as they wont weather very well.
